Service and cleaning were excellent. However I was dissatisfied with the initial cost, then finally settled on the price. Then a $15.00 extra 'fuel charge' was added, and I refused the service. The serviceman left, but called me back later saying his manager told him to void the extra $15.0The job was well done and the man was very efficient and careful.
I don't know what this means.!!
