upholstery was good, but carpet did not clean well

The carpet did not clean well. The couch and love seat look very nice. Plus, killed a big spot in my yard with the hose.

I'd like to thank Ms. Weck for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback. We have re-cleaned the carpet in an attempt to make it look better. The grass was burnt by the heat from our hose. We have offered to seed the area for Ms. Weck in 2 weeks if it does not grow back.
