I like National Property Inspections' training and certification. I also like their inspection. They are thorough and methodical. I have had clients that couldn't view the homes themselves and felt much more confident because of the thorough report. It is very helpful.

If National Property Inspections feels as though outside experience is necessary for their report, like an electrician or plumber, they will flag it. It is necessary to schedule the inspection to leave enough time for that if it is needed.
