We have gone to Karco Specialties for about 15 to 20 years, and it has been good. Probably in the last 3 to 5 years Karco has expanded, and there has been a difference in the service. Some of the workers haven't been as clear in giving feedback on the status of the car. Also, in a number of cases I have had to bring the car back, which never happened before.

However, they are very honest. Dick and Jay are very responsive, attentive, and ready to listen as well as correct things without any major headaches for the customer. We go there for all our maintenance and any major work that needs to be done. We will continue to go there, and will consider them when buying a new car.
