Karco Specialties are extremely conscientious, very reasonable, and have your best interest in mind. That sounds funny to say that about a business, because they're ultimately in it to make money, but there's no money in dissatisfied customers. They work very hard to satisfy their customers.

I was recommended to Karco by other people that take their cars there. I had a great experience from the start. They solved a problem with my car that nobody else could, and they didn't charge as much as I thought they could. Then later, I bought a car through them. It's one they had serviced for a long time and continue to do so, with me as the second owner. It's a great car.

They will bend over backwards for you. I can call long distance and ask questions, and they're always very candid with me. They don't try and sell you a list things that aren't appropriate for your needs, and they are very candid unlike most places. They won't try to up-sell you by saying you need a glove box, and if your brakes have 40 tread left, they'll tell you your brakes have 40 tread left. As far as I'm concerned, they're a a premier auto service for their customers.
