My only caution is that the home buyer should actually check their chosen paint colors with the ones on final delivery. The claim that a paint manufacturer (Sherman Williams or Dun Edwards, for example) makes an "exact match" of selected colors is questionable. The homeowner should ask that the delivered colors be shown on a small patch of the home before the final painting is started - even if the total batch of colors have already been mixed and delivered. Again, the claim of a "perfect match" of a homeowners selected colors by the paint company is questionable.
