There is a patch behind the house that the painter said could not be covered with paint but they did not tell me this so that I could have hired a plasterer to repair it. The A.C. drain pipe was too short to snap into place and they never told me this. They said they knew these things but did not bother to let me know. Their follow-up appointment was not kept and they had to reschedule. They took off a screen and did not secure it so they had to come back yet again. I was disappointed with their attention to details like this.
