I think the technicians at R&D Heating and Cooling go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They try to fix minor problems they find, they do nice work. They are very polite and I feel like they treat me the way I would treat them if the roles were reversed. They're very timely and I am very pleased with the company!
