R&D installed my new system in 2011, and did a fantastic job. They have been servicing it ever since. Today a young boy did a service call for me, and he was such a sweet, really good kid. He was kind, understanding, very helpful, and very knowledgeable for his age! It went so well, I would recommend him again. He really knew what he was doing. My daughter even used them to install her heater. They just do a fabulous job!
