I've have a contract with R&D to come twice a year for my heating and cooling. They have been efficient and have kept good care of my system. The technicians are very nice and courteous. They talk to you about what's going on with the heating and cooling. I appreciate that. I've been a customer with them for about 7 years, and it's been a good experience.
