I have been using Peter and Tika Zipp with National Property Inspections since 2002, ever since Peter came in and presented at one of our sales meetings. I have used their service personally, for inspections on 3 different homes, and I also refer them to my clients.

Peter is very knowledgeable and really knows what is important to a buyer without creating issues that are not significant. He knows the difference between safety versus cosmetic issues.

Having dealt with other inspectors in the past, I can say that Peter's service has exceeded my expectations. He is very clear and does a good job of communicating the issues to the client.

I would encourage others to definitely use Peter with National Property Inspections. I have not found another inspection service that is as professional and provides the quality of service that he provides.
