Chem Dry was called in the first place because I like the idea of their cleaning process and short drying time. They were prompt when they said they would be here and they were friendly, courteous and professional. They finished the job within 75 minutes and it looked great! They were careful with their equipment in the house and they kept most of the cold weather outside with their insulating method at the front door where they brought in the hose. I would highly recommend them and they get 5 stars!!! Thank you for a job well done.
