I appreciate the timliness (being there when promised) and the great job of cleaning our carpets. It didn't take all day (really only a few hours) and we could get on with our day. The office coordinator (I think her name is Sue) was extremely pleasant and I felt they really wanted our business and we were important. She also followed-up with a phone call to let us know the tech was coming on the date we had scheduled.
