Mostly satisfied!

My one main issue with LeadingEdge Plumbing & rooter was that they didn't solve my leaking kitchen problem entirely. They did quite a few things, some well, others not so well. The initial reason I called was that my kitchen sink was leaking. They fixed part of the leak, but there was still one behind the wall. So I'll need another plumber to come out and fix that. But they also replaced the 3 toilets, and that work was all very good. They also replaced a water heater and had to do some custom pipework and that turned out really good! They charge full price though, so don't go looking for any bargains.

I am sorry to heard there is another leak under your kitchen sink. When something is leaking anywhere we tempt to find all problems. Unfortunately the other leak was behind the wall like you mention, we fist fix the leaks that are showing. We do not start opening walls and charge you for something you may not need. Ones the main leak stop it takes time for things to get back to normal. Ones you saw another problem you should of call us we could go take care of it.

It is unfortunate that you only gave us 3 stars when we actually did a good job and you related our work with a unforeseen issue. If you need service i can offer you 15% from regular pricing. In regards to the cost we are a fully license, bonded, and insure company for your protection. We provide quality service with A rated materials for the protection of your home.
