The people at Town and Country Leather of Austin were really friendly. I walked in and spoke to a sales representative about what I wanted. He was very good. He showed me a few pieces, let me know what the comparable prices would be, and explained their pricing/markdowns. He helped me with the purchase and setup the delivery. The delivery guys were great. I have been very happy with my purchase so far. It was just a good experience all the way around.
