This was the first time I used A1 Factory Direct, and the overall experience was very good. They installed carpet and tiles in seven of my rooms. The whole process took about 4 days, if I remember correctly.

Fred helped me throughout the course of the service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to me.

The installers did a great installation and used high quality materials. They also did a good cleanup after they were finished. I would recommend them.
