Bob & his team are wonderful. Perfect example of thorough workmanship! Not to mention quality! Everyone was so friendly & accommodating to my schedule. I do have one more thing I need done to my exquisite floors to complete the job, but I am satisfied with a-1 factory direct & their commitment for customer service!!
