I have two automobiles that I take to Crossroads

Getting appointments is easy to do. They stand by their appointment schedules. I don't have to wait. They'll give me an estimate of what time it will be done.

Their service has always been top-notch. Their repairs and work I've never had to take back. I've had everything done from oil and filter changes to tires.

Their prices are competitive, the quality of work is excellent, the service is excellent. I would recommend them and have recommended them to several folks. I would tell a potential customer that the staff is friendly, courteous, they provide all the automotive services you would need, their mechanics are top-notch, and they do what they say they're going to do. If there's a problem they can't handle, they'll refer you to someone else who can do the work.

I can't honestly think of anything I think they could do better from what I've seen.
