Had better service in the past

I used Mark Johnson Plumbing because I was a part of their loyalty program. That obviously helps out none. My sewer went out and it was over a week before the could come out. They quoted me on what they said would be the "high end" and it would probably be a $1000-$2000 less. It turned out to be exactly the number they quoted me. On top of that, they did not correctly install my sewer system so it leaked and I had to call them back out there to fix it. The plumber then asked us for more money, saying he lost money on installing it the first time. I know I could have gotten it cheaper and less stressful somewhere else. I felt like their customer service was awful. Very bad experience with them.

Mark Johnson Plumbing strives to provide quality plumbing service to every customer. As in any part of life - things happen. We do feel it is unfair to not tell the "whole" story. A sewer replacement is a big job and difficult to quote since everything is hidden. In this case, we did not realize the sewer pipes ran directly beneath a tree! Obviously, the lines had to be re-routed. Neither did we know that the city's main sewer line was over 13 feet deep. Our small machine can not dig that deeply. For those two reasons, we felt justified in asking the "high end" price. This customer doesn't say that even though the technician asked for more money, the repair was made at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
