I had an emissions problem with my Kia and took it to the dealership. They told me it would cost $950. I had heard good things about Hi Tech Car Care, and decided to see if they could do something different. They provided a different solution. At $150.

A month later the problem came back, so I took it back to Hi Tech Car Care. They took another look at it and found that it was a problem the dealership should have noticed and taken care of. They also said that if the problem was under warranty, the dealership should fix it, free of charge. I was surprised the dealership didn't mention this warranty to me, but I went back to them and, as Hi Tech Car Care said, they fixed it, and I wasn't charged.

Even though Hi Tech Car Care is a little bit out of the way for me, they definitely make it worth it. I have never had an experience with a mechanic like it. I will take my cars there from now on.
