This was my first time using Hi Tech Car Care and they were great. They took my car because it had some strange noises. They detected 3 very important things that needed to be done and explained everything very thoroughly. The guy went on a test drive with me and he was very courteous. They gave me a lot of information and made me feel very comfortable. They even helped me rent a car at a good rate. Because the cost of the service was covered by warranty, I can't really comment on the price for value. In general, I felt like it was decent. The reason why I gave them a 3 star in recommending them is because I feel like I need to use their services at least 3-4 times before I can recommend them, otherwise their service is wonderful. I am completely satisfied.
