Overall in my experience with Flat Fee Landlord's, they were very professional and thorough in every aspect of the job. They always responded quickly with little issues and I could almost always get someone on the phone if needed be. The company is also very IT savvy with easy accessibility from the internet and is quite affordable. I researched 4 different management companies and Flat Fee Landlord's was the right choice.
