I had a problem with my car and I didn't know where to go. A friend told me that Precision Import Auto Repair was a good place to take the car, so I had it towed there.

Their service writer is excellent. He went over everything really well and explained what was needed for the car. He also told me how much it was going to be. A little later he called and told me that there was one more part that needed to be added, and how much it was. I said to go ahead and do it, and I really appreciated being told about it beforehand.

When I went to pick the car up everything was done. I paid the bill, they were friendly and cordial, and it was ready to go. It was my first time using them, but I will use them again. They understand their customers, work with you, and explain everything to ensure there are no misunderstandings.
