When purchased my BMW five months ago, I knew the clutch was almost over yet had no idea where to go. After extensive web search, I found Precision Import. They returned my email quickly for a quote. It was important for me because I wanted to see everything in writing. Most other shops did not even bother answering my request at all. Their quote for my clutch work was very competitive for a repair shop specialized in import vehicles. Other shops around here did not even match the quote. Nevertheless, quality of work at Precision Import was second to none. Since I dropped off my car on Saturday, I thought I would not see my car until Monday. The reality was that I received my car on the same Saturday. Such a pleasant surprise!

On top of that, Precision Import also opens Saturdays so that it is very easy for me to schedule an appointment. This is another good example of their customer focus. Other shops normally run their business between Monday and Friday only. Couldn't be happier.
