Do not ever call drain solvers..

Do not ever call drain solvers. They do not honor their ad on line and they do not give you an estimate before they do work.... Their ad on the internet was 99$ for drain cleaning. They came out 11/2 hours after they said they would. I was expecting to pay about 150$... they charged me 338$... No estimate before they did work.. No idea about the service charge. they are listed with BBB.. They also say 65$ off the charge if you mention the ad .. I did to their service center and did not get the 65$ off.. This is total bait and switch scheme

I understand from your review that you were expecting to snake the mainline for 99.00$ and expected a 65.00$ discount.Our ads,coupons, and specials are not to be combined together. There are terms and guidelines to our coupons for example the coupon for 65.00$ off is for plumbing installations at that time and has since changed. Here at Drain Solvers we have upfront pricing before we do any work. Our service technicians are required to obtain initials on every service performed; this is to ensure all jobs have authorization from the homeowner. All charges are Bolded for your convienience and are to be initialed as well.I apologize that we were an 1 1/2 pass the appointment time and have sent you a gift to show you your time is valued here at Drain Solvers The Pros.
