Hired company last summer to install a wood gate. It fell apart within 3 months. They said someone would come out and fix it for free. After multiple failed attempts at someone actually showing up and doing it…it was “fixed”. The gate is now falling apart again. The posts are bowed and the screws/nails are not holding it together! My the gate is only opened once a month when my yard guy comes.
