I received an estimate that included replacing a toilet. and a few other minor jobs changing a couple of light fixtures, one outlet, and repairing 2 four inch tiles.
The technitian came the first day and the extimate was very expensive but as I told him I wanted services right away. He returned a few days later by appointment and did not have any materials to work with. Left to go get the toilet and bought a very large handicapp style that did not fit into the small bathroom and it turns out the toilet was cracked and would not be able to be installed anyway. It was left unistalled in the hall way. Stuck the two tiles on with glue and did not even grout or caulk arount them or at the bottom. Left the materials spilling in the bath. Electrical outlet didnt fit so area just left. Wires remain handing from the can lights and still do not work. Charged pretty much full price and paid for the toilet. He stated he would be back with the proper materials and fix the toilet. That was one month ago.
