My son was in Jeffrey's Automotive to have his alignment checked. He was told by his service manager, Kevin, that he needed several repairs. Instead of trying to sell him everything and take advantage of him, Kevin took him back to the mechanic and both of them showed my son under the car what the problems looked like. He was nice enough to prioritize the repairs as critical to the alignment and others as optional. My son said he felt like he was part of the repair process and now knows what other repairs are still needed. Bottom line - the car got fixed and aligned as promised. Nice to know these guys treat all customers, even teenagers, with respect.
