Happy that the problem with my new mini split was fixed in a timely manner.
Have to mention that my wife discovered a cracked window which is located under the unit which was installed by Comfort Air. We suspect that the installer cracked it with his ladder or a tool and did not mention it to us. My wife noticed the window a couple of days after the installation. We have no other clue as to how this window could have been cracked. We don't have little children and no one gets near that window. Possible dishonest employee.
