Air conditioner stopped working in middle of the night. I called at 8:00 AM got Tony. He said he would have someone out that day, and if there was a cancellation he would give us that slot. Ten minutes later we got a call, there had been a cancellation, and they dispatched Luis Huerta, A/C Tech. He was professional, located the problem, went back to the shop for a part and we were back in service by 10:AM We have been using Comfort Air for 15 years, they do an inspection twice a year. Luis Huerta just inspires confidence, and gets the job done. We were up and running. Does not get better than that. Would recommend Comfort Air. I had some surgery schedule in the afternoon, and my wife has a heart condition. I explained the problem and they had someone dispatched within 10 minutes.
