I am buying a house and was referred to Bryan & Bryan for inspection. The inspector David Wooley came out and did the inspection. He was punctual and very professional. Right after he finished with the inspection, we met up to go over everything (good & bad) about the inspection. He gave 2 reports: a full comprehensive report and a summary of deficiencies. He documented everything from informational (serial #s) to issues that he found. He explained each issue (no matter how minor it is) and possible causes. I'm very happy with his professionalism and attention to detail.
