I decided to go with Bryan & Bryan at the recommendation of my realtor. I was a bit hesitant at first because I had worked with a different inspection company in the past that I was going to work with again, but I decided to go ahead with it after reading the other customer reviews. I was very pleased with the ease of the whole process. Scheduling was a breeze, the inspector was very prompt, and he was thorough yet efficient. I received a clean, well-organized report that evening detailing all of the findings of the inspection. The foundation measurement and termite inspection are a very good bonus that comes with a great inspection. I highly recommend Bryan & Bryan!
