I had a wonderful experience using Sound By Design. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish. I hired them to install a sound system for my home and they did a great job. The remote control was rather complicated for us at first so I had to call them about it a couple of times. They were able to put me right on track. They arrived on time for the installation and did the job quickly and efficiently.
