One thing that I really like about Educational Playcare is that the directors are always visible. Seriously the directors are always there, so if there is ever a question or problem they are there to handle it quickly. The directors provide a great support system, not just to the parents, but also to the employees. I once saw an assistant director in a classroom which I am assuming was to give the employee a breather, and the director was interacting with the kids and was engaging with my daughter which was really cool to see. The directors are very reliable and helpful and I just love that.
