This is my second time to utilize the services of Mr. Handyman serving Debary, Lake Mary, and Winter Springs. I was so impressed with the way they handled the first job for me, that I called them when I began experiencing problems with the ceiling in my garage. The ceiling panels and paint began coming off along the vertical lines of the boards in the ceiling. From the first moment of my initial phone call, the owner knew exactly what the problem was. He took the time to fully understand my problem, and immediately began to offer me insight into what was happening. As he correctly surmised, the boards were not put up in the proper manner to begin with. Can I say, "He nailed it?"

The handymen he sent out were exceptional! They arrived in a timely fashion, and let me go further into that little detail. Most people you talk to give you a four to eight hour "window" when you might expect them. They tell you they will show up anytime between maybe 8:00 AM and noon. Not Mr. Handyman! They give you a 30 minute window of time, and then they show up on time. That just saves so much wasted time. Nobody gives you a 30 minute window except Mr. Handyman. When the workers did arrive, they were very clean and polite. They stayed focused on their work, yet would engage if asked about any aspect of the work. They were friendly. They did not litter, and there were no surprises. In addition, they finished within the time allotted for the job. I appreciate that kind of efficiency. They were very professional, did a very good job, and did not cut any corners.

Price wise, Mr. Handyman is more costly than some of the individuals you can find out there doing handyman type of work. But depending on the complexity of the job, I think you end up getting what you pay for. Plus, I would not really trust some of the less expensive people out there with anything more than simple or uncomplicated work. So, I feel really good about my decision to use Mr. Handyman serving Debary, Lake Mary, and Winter Springs!
