Kris, the owner showed up on time and gave a thorough review. He made sure that I completely understood not only the cause and why it happened but also how to fix it. Kris is a mason not a salesmen, he tells you what you need to fix the issue. His 30 + years of experience was prevalent as early as the initial phone call and he was onsite within a few days. Although this project is on hold i would not hesitate to contact Kris again for his skills.
