Brandon was the original guy who came out and told us about it, he was very professional very helpful and very knowledgeable.

The Rhino Shield Gulf South team leader that came with the work crew was great, her name was Elizabeth, and she just took extra care of us, she made whole experience flawless from replacing wood to continually keeping us aware of what was happening. Her entire team (3 or 4 people) didn't brake a branch off anything, which we were concerned about and they were great with that as well as the taping everything off. I didn't find one spot afterward that wasn't done really well. There cleanup after everything was great also.

I have never seen people caulk like this in my life they caulked everything, there prep work as well as application was just top notch.
