We established our contract with Rhino Shield back in April, shortly after we bought our house. We waited until our other house sold to actually do the work. This process took over 10 months, and the team at Rhino Shield was very understanding.

When I called to schedule the painting, they returned the call within a few hours, and scheduled to come 48 hours later. The original plan was to be a two day paint job. They were scheduled to arrive at 8 am. On the morning of the paint, a white van arrived exactly at 8 am. They informed us of what was going to happen and what their plan of attack for getting the house done was.

After a few hours, they had the house pressure washed and were starting the application. Any time there was an issue or something needed to have a decision, they were clear and offered solutions.

Near the end of the day, they asked if they could work a little later than was originally planned. This was not a problem for us, and offered them the ability to finish the project a full day ahead of schedule.

I could not be more pleased with the service and the courtesy of the paint team, the sales team and the people I spoke with on the phone. Thank you for making our house feel loved again. It was a rent house for the past 10 years and after one day it looks nearly new again. Just a few more things to do and I will say my home is complete.

Plan to sign the agreement in the Home Improvement month... this will help with the overall cost. The referral plan they have is amazing also. I have had my house done for about a week. Every afternoon the people who walk our subdivision ask who did the paint job, and I will gladly tell them Rhino Shield. I've already been told that two neighbors are thinking of getting theirs done this year also.
