The overall service was great. UNITS was responsive to questions and flexible with scheduling. They were always right on time and the price was better than other companies. The only hassle was getting the billing correct, I was overcharged on some accessories (straps/blankets) but once I commented on the mistake, they quickly fixed the error and credited my account. I highly recommend UNITS for moving/storage needs, just make sure to review your bill.
