I have been a Bug-Out customer since 2004 for both termite and pest control protection. I am always impressed with the professionalism and conduct of their employees. In 2012, our house burned and when Dwight and Lillian found out about this, they literally shut their business down for an afternoon and came and helped us salvage items from our house. That is just the kind of people they are. And anytime I have had a problem with pests, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call them and the problems is resolved.
