I am so happy to have found the The Body Shoppe Health and Fitness Center. It is absolutely the perfect gym for me. From their free weights and cardio equipment to their glasses, I can always find what I need to stay fit there.

They offer several different price plans for membership, all of which are very well priced. They offer two free weeks before you need to choose a membership plan, which is a great way to see what's right for you. They have such a wide variety of classes, which I love. My one complaint is that they do not have very good shower facilities.

Overall, The Body Shoppe is a much better value then the other gyms in the area. Their facilities just can't compare. I'd recommend this fitness center to anyone.
