This is the second time I have had Mark come to my home, and even after a number of years was greeted like an old friend, not just a database notation. He is as invested in the property and maintenance of it as the homeowner.
Mark promptly came out, gave a great estimate for the work needed and suggestions for changes and improvements to my questions about our yard. This was still early in the year; he then made the follow-up phone call to schedule the work. The extensive work was completed safely, professionally and with a great sense of humor even with the annoyingly difficult portions.
