The people in the store are nice as are the installers. It took 2 visits to install because of their mistake on measuring and the order. Also I am unhappy with the carpet installation on the stairs-it looks shoddy and cut wrong.

Additionally where the previous carpet was cut and finished under the baseboard hear, this was left unfinished and just tucked in. Had I inspected this more carefully, I would have reconsidered the tip I gave the installers.
