I don't have anything bad to say about Carpet Giant. I'm a builder so they do carpet in my new houses and my experience has always been good. They have a large selection, they get the work done in the time frame I give them, and the customers have always been satisfied. They clean up after themselves which is very important to me. Any delays that I've found have been with their supplier so it's not a fault of theirs.
