Plain AWFUL
If I could rate them with no stars I would. I had taken by Guinea Pig there every couple of weeks for over for almost three months. Took her in initially due to blood in her urine and slight hair loss. They told me that the blood was due to a kidney stone and the hair loss wasn't anything to worry about. Couple of weeks later I went in because I had gotten ringworm and my guinea pig started losing her hair in a circle. I had to push to get the ringworm test done. Couple of weeks later I had to take her in for an emergency due to not being able to move both of her back legs at all. The only thing that they could say was it was due to jumping and that due to her age (3 year old) she should not being doing that. The only thing that they could do was to give her pain meds and that the movement in her back legs may never come back. Couple of weeks after that it was a check-up for all of the issues that I had taken her in for. They said her hair loss was getting better and that it would grow back and that she perfectly healthy now. I knew something was wrong with and trying telling them but they couldn’t find anything. I got a second option and within 30 seconds of that vet holding her the vet knew exactly what was wrong with her. She had a cyst. The vet said it was pretty large due to the fact he could feel it. In the end my Guinea pig had to get a full hysterectomy due to two small strawberry size cysts that had started to connect to bladder and her ovaries. I will not be returning to this vet and I would not even use it as an emergency. I would rather take time off work and drive hours away to get her to a vet.
