Please do not bring your exotics here... do research and bring it ANYWHERE but here. They give you wrong information, information that could potentially kill your animal which has happened in the past with other customers... had I listened to what they told me regarding my gecko it would have been dead by now. They are not trained and should not have exotics as part of their practice. Their exams are over 50$ but they do not even check your animal besides just simply staring at it for a few minutes. Vet techs are not trained, stressed my animal out, and kept hitting its face with a syringe. I had to end up giving the medication (that was not even necessary) to my gecko even though a “trained” vet tech should have known the protocol better than myself. I dont know why I paid to go to this vet office as many other reviews will tell you how $@!#% this place is. They are so uneducated that they tell ALL reptile keepers to basically put a UVB bulb and heat ( some nocturnal species are actually bothered by this). Aside from that, the vet tech was super JUDGMENTAL and bratty towards myself and the animal. This companys goal should be to HELP animals. And not just try and get as many patients in with no knowledge. This companys main priority is money. Remember that.
