Brighter Concepts is located less than a mile away from my home. When I was doing a home remodel several months ago, I went to their showroom to get an idea of what was involved for a solatube installation. I wasn't ready at the time to purchased anything, so they followed up with me about four months later. At that point, I still wasn't sure, so I asked them to put it off again. Finally, we arranged for the installation a couple of weeks ago. We had to reschedule it one more time because of the polar vortex that happened. They were extremely accommodating throughout the whole process.

The installers who came knew what they were doing. I was able to ask them any questions I had. They were quick, efficient, and funny, which was refreshing. They worked for 3.5 hours then did a pretty good job with clean up afterwards. The solatube came out great. It made quite a difference in my bathroom that had no natural sunlight.

Brighter Concepts was very nice to work with. If you are looking to use them, definitely be sure to ask them questions. I found them to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. Also, be aware that if the weather is bad, it may have an affect on the timing of your project.
