Basically, when I had went in to Cottman of Winston-Salem, I was referred by another company because I thought my vehicle had transmission problems. I walked in and was very nervous at first. I had family coming in from Afghanistan and needed to make sure my car was working. Cottman acted like I was family, and calmed me down. They checked out my vehicle, and told me exactly what I needed. They have great customer service, so I take my vehicle there from now on.

Ever since I took my car in, it's been running perfectly. Most places see a woman and they want to go to the extremes. I know a little about vehicles though, and Aamco treated me real well. The price I paid compared to everyone else was real cheap.

Todd from Cottman of Winston-Salem rocks! The fact that I remember his name says a lot. He really stands out, and I want him to get some recognition from corporate.
