Copsey's Carpet Cleaning was very prompt. We have a rental in a duplex and he was very knowledgeable, on time, called us back immediately, and he also told us that he did have some concerns about a couple of spots and if they ever did become a problem, to call him and when we did, he came back immediately. I was really impressed. We will continue to us him, as well as recommend him to others. He did a professional, awesome job!
