Megan really knows her stuff. She creates a very relaxing space and is kind and caring. I feel so much better after just a few sessions. I had done pilates with other instructors before but Megan has been the most helpful. She helped my body get back to a healthy place. She's a very experienced physical therapist and I've been using her services for about ten years. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs. I'd definitely recommend her.
